Lush Halloween/Christmas Haul 🛀

So this day last week I went to Dublin for the Professional beauty show in the RDS which to my surprise was a major disappointment, But I finally got into a Lush store. I have never been to a Lush shop before I only ordered online once before so I went a tad but crazy and picked up 7 bath bombs and the lovely man behind the counter gave me one for free.

The Comforter Bubble Bar

This one is a bubble bar which is a bar which you can break up and crumble under the running water to create bubbles similar to a bubble bath idea. The description on the Lush website for this is:

“Sometimes you just need to shut yourself off from the outside world under a blanket of fruity foam that will put you back in the right frame of mind to face the world. This bar is supersized, so you’ll only need to crumble half a bar under your tap to make enough bubbles for a long, comforting soak. Cassis absolute gives a distinctive blackcurrant fragrance, while bergamot adds an uplifting note.”

This smells amazing and its huge as you can see above it is supersized so it will last a couple of baths not just the one like the bath bombs do. This was €6.50 and can be bought here.

Brightside Bubble bar

This is another bubble bar like the one above I cant wait to use this in the bath because the colours are so vibrant. The Lush website description of this is

“When you’re chewing on life’s gristle, don’t grumble, give a whistle! Hop in the bath with one of these uplifting bubble bars, Sicilian mandarin, bergamot and tangerine essential oils to help you look on the bright side of life! Its jazzy bright colours will create magnificent orange bath water, and the sunny citrus fragrance is sure to leave you jolly and refreshed.”

This bubble bar was €6.50 and can be bought here.

The Experimenter Bath Bomb.

This one caught my eye first mostly because it is huge and all of the colours in this one. This is a bath bomb so you drop this one into the bath and it fizzes away and melts into the water. The lush website description of this one is

“★ ADMIT ONE ★ (Oh, go on two then.) This is your ticket to your own bathtime motion picture. Lush brought you The Experimenter video, now we’re giving you the chance to stage your own enthralling saga in real, full colour smell-o-vision.

If you’re looking for adventure… you’ll find it in The Experimenter, starring vibrant colour, popping candy and Fair Trade vanilla absolute from near the Rwenzori mountains in Uganda. An enigmatic and comforting romance of… deep, complex vetivert notes that enthrall your senses before creamy vanilla and tonka provide a sweet antidote. It’s everything you’ve always wanted to do … and with a plethora of five bright colours, it’s the only one you’ll ever want to do it with again. “

This bath bomb was €5.45 and cab be bought here

Dragon’s Egg Bath Bomb.

This one is another Bath Bomb which will look amazing when dropped in the bath this has little pods of colour inside which will melt into the water. The Lush Website description of this one is

“Dragon’s Egg makes bathtime exciting as it fizzes and crackles and changes the colour of your water to a gorgeous citrusy gold. Its scent is reminiscent of lemon sherbet, with a hint of jasmine, leaving you feeling great and ready for a good day. Its citrus scents leave you feeling transformed and invigorated.”

This one was €4.50 and can be bought here.

Bar Humbug Bubble Bar.

This is another bubble bar but this one id from the christmas collection and is slightly smaller than the first 2 bubble bars. The lush website description for this one is

“It’s all humbug, I tell you. Humbug! If the Christmassy sights seem horrible as can be, cleansing tarragon mixed with relaxing fennel provide a welcome antidote. ‘Tis the season of avoidable merriment, so pop on a frown and crumble this jet coal and deep purple bar under running water. Enticing liquorice scent with softening organic illipe butter provide safe haven for Scrooges.”

This one was €4.95 and can be bought here and of course this one will only be available untill christmas.

Peeping Santa Bubble Bar

This one is another bubble bar and part of the christmas collection I love this one so much I think I will be keeping this one for closer to christmas to get in the mood 🎄. The Lush website description of this one is

“Santa’s always watching with his dairy free chocolate drop eyes, waiting for his batch of hand-churned shea butter from the Ojoba women’s cooperative in Ghana to be ready. When the festive season comes round, it’s blended with Fair Trade Organic Cocoa butter to make the filling between Santa’s sandwich of strawberry-sweet bergamot and geranium oils. Crumble under the running water for sack loads of fruity bubbles.”

This one was €5.45 and can be bought here and again is limited edition.

Frozen Bath Bomb

So this next one I picked up for my cousin because she is obsessed with frozen and loves taking baths when she stays with me. She used this one friday night and needless to say she loved it she was amazed. As you can see the pictures below it leaves the bath with this beautiful sky blue colour water. The Lush website description of this one is

“Do you want to have a bath bomb? Do you want to splash and play? Enjoy the most magical soak in the kingdom with this shimmering blue bath bomb, which spills out rolling snowdrifts of silver lustre. Uplifting neroli from Tunisia and precious rose oil from Turkey are sure to spread a little sunshine and melt the iciest of moods. If your day’s felt like a series of doors in your face, this shiny, sky blue bomb filled with sparkle provides the perfect fairytale ending. Step in, take a deep breath and let it go. “

This one was €5.45 and cab be bought here. I am not fully sure if this one is limited edition or not.

Twilight Bath Bomb

This last one is a bath bomb and this is the only one I have used myself. This made the whole bathroom smell amazing and left the bath in this beautiful lilac shade. This bath bombs main focus is to help sleep and I have to admit I slept like a baby after using this one. The Lush website description for this one is

“If sleep is evading you, this combination of essential oils will help get you ready for a good night’s rest. As Twilight dissolves, it turns from the colour of the setting sun and gets darker, turning your water a shimmering deep purple. The fragrance has been designed to help you sleep: lavender is a soothing, mind-clearing and calming fragrance, used in aromatherapy to treat insomnia and aid restful sleep, while benzoin and tonka call to mind a milky caramel malt drink.”

This one was €4.50 and can be bought here.
