My Autumn/ Winter Beauty Favourites.

As you all probably know I had taken a little break from blogging for a few weeks, I was focusing mainly on my YouTube channel as Halloween is in 3 days and I wanted to focus all my time on tutorials on some looks, If you would like to see those looks just click here – https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCC7sJatXOWIJ3mQnltdazNw. The other big reason is college has been taking over most of my time. I started blogging as a hobby because it was fun and I loved it, I didn’t want to force myself to write because normally it shows in the posts and they are not 100%, which means they are not enjoyable to read. As I now have a week off I am dedicating this week to blogging and getting lots of posts up for you all. **mini rant over**
This weeks post is all about my Autumn/ Winter favourites as I wasn’t blogging throughout Autumn I decided to combine autumn and winter because I have been loving these things for quite a while.

1. Rimmel Lasting Finish 25Hr Full Coverage Foundation.
Rimmel have had this foundation for quite a while now but they recently launched the new full coverage version,
They still have the old one but this is like the upgraded version. I have always loved Rimmel foundations and I think they are a very good affordable drug store brand in terms of foundation, of course you can get cheaper alternatives here in Ireland like Catrice or Essence but for quality I would 100% recommend Rimmel. I have been wearing this foundation everyday and I would completely agree that it is full coverage. If you are not a fan of concealer you do not need to wear it with this foundation because it covers so well. This foundation was around the €9.00 mark but well worth it.

2. Blank Canvas Cosmetics Highlight/ Contour Palette.
A few weeks ago I went to the Professional Beauty Show in the RDS in Dublin, If your not familiar with this show it is where brands from all over come and sell their beauty products, Company’s like Benefit, Blank Canvas, Crown Brush and Dermalogica all had little booths you could walk around and purchase their products. Of course all of the products had a hefty discount off, if you have never been I would definitely recommend you look it up and go whenever it is on again. One of many things I purchased was this Powder highlight and contour kit from blank Canvas Cosmetics. This palette contains two bronzer’s a light and dark, three Setting powders One translucent, One yellow toned and one Pinky toned and one peachy blush. I love this palette so much it is perfect if you are a make up artist or if you are training to be one. This palette was originally €20.00 and I got it for €12.00 which is brilliant, I will link the website below where they are currently having a sale and this palette is €16.50 including postage.

3. Stila Kitten All Over Shimmer Duo.
I have talked about this highlighter in my weekly beauty buys post so I wont go into too much detail but I have been loving this highlighter on my cheekbones everyday , It gives a flawless golden finish to the cheekbones especially for fairer skin tones. This product was €16.00 in Cara Pharmacy.

4. Mac Satin Lipstick in Rebel and Rimmel Kate Moss Matte Lipstick shade 107.
These 2 lipsticks have been my favourites throughout these past few weeks. Both of these colours are perfect for the winter months ahead. Rebel is a deep purple toned lipstick and shade 107 is a deep red toned lipstick. IF you do not want to splurge on Mac Rebel, Wet n’ Wild lipstick in Sugar Plum Fairy is an exact Dupe I think I have mentioned that before. The Rimmel Kate Moss Lipstick retails at €6.99 and Mac Rebel retails at around €16.00.

5. Seventeen Back Lash Mascara and Seventeen Stay Time Concealer.
I recently picked these products up from boots, they have a 3 for 2 offer on all seventeen products. I had been looking for a new concealer and the thing that attracted me to this product was that it came in the shade extra fair which if you are pale like me is good news to you. This concealer is perfect for highlighting because it is extremely light and leaves an amazing finish on the skin. The back lash mascara surprised me a lot I use this underneath my Maybelline Colossal Go Extreme Volum’ mascara it gives my lashes amazing volume and length. This concealer retails at€5.69 and the mascara retails at €8.19 very affordable for the quality of these products.

6. Real Techniques Expert Face Brush.
I have most of the Real Techniques Brushes but I wanted this one for a long time for foundation. I had been using the buffing brush for foundation which is amazing but I love this brush so much more for foundation, the brush hairs are packed tightly together which allows your foundation to be spread evenly and flawlessly. This brush retails at €13.29.
